Commercial Quoting

When a pilot(s) is submitting a quote, My Drone Pilot holds the right to deny or void quotes that are - 50% below the average quote for that requested job.

Quotes are provided to clients on the basis they have the choice of the pilot(s). My Drone Pilot does not have any right to or choice in this process.
Membership Types

Commercial Members: Members who have an account who have access to commercial membership accounts.

Hobby Membership: Hobby memberships get access to hobby member benefits.

Hobby Pilots can pay for commercial memberships to achieve benefits but will not be able to quote for commercial jobs without submitting valid permission

My Drone Pilot has the right to make changes to member benefits from to add or remove benefits.


Hive UAV Limited Trading as My Drone Pilot will work on a no loss basis with discounted products. If tier discounts take retail pricing below the direct cost prices of products, then Hive UAV Limited will sell the products at a trade value on a no-profit no-loss basis.

All products purchased from Hive UAV Limited trading as Hive Drone Store are to be purchased for personal use and not for unauthorized retail or resell for profit.

Products purchased from Hive UAV Limited trading as Hive Drone Store can not be purchased at discounted rates for anyone who is not a paying member of My Drone Pilot.

All discounted/trade price repairs and servicing applies only to equipment stated within your operations manual, and new equipment added must be updated via your online account. Updated equipment will only be authorized for discounts four weeks post update.

Hive UAV Limited trading as Hive Drone Store holds the right to classify damaged equipment as ‘’EOL or Beyond reasonable repair’’ as when it exceeds reasonable repair costs of 35% of RRP.

The membership application must contain accurate and correct information about the company. All membership applications must be completed.

All membership requests are subject to approval by My Drone Pilot

My Drone Pilot reserves the right to refuse an application for membership without the need to justify its decision.

Accepted members will be notified within 48 hours informed of the effective date of membership.

Membership will commence from the date of approval of the membership application.

All members are issued with a membership starter pack.

Starter packs may be limited in supply, so delays are possible.

Membership Fees

Commercial members must pay a monthly membership fee. My Drone Pilot reserves the right to increase or decrease the membership fee. If this occurs, members will be notified by email at least 28 days before the change.

Hobby members must pay a yearly membership fee. My Drone Pilot reserves the right to change the membership fee periodically. If this occurs, members will be notified by email at least 28 days before the change.

Membership is valid from the date of payment until the plan expiry date.

Membership fees are due in full in advance of membership renewal.

If membership is cancelled for any reason, membership fees are non-refundable.

Hobby Membership is automatically renewed on an annual basis.

The membership fee is payable in Pound Sterling(UK) and Euro (IRE) only.

The commercial Membership fee is excluding VAT.

We reserve the right to refuse memberships.

Membership Obligations

Keep My Drone Pilot informed of any changes in directors, officers, insurance providers, aircraft and equipment changes, and any company name changes or status changes.

Termination Of Membership

A member may terminate their membership at any time by serving notice in writing to My Drone Pilot via email or post.

No refunds will be given for membership fees paid prior.

Upon cancellation of membership, all membership rights and benefits will immediately and automatically cease.
